Do you ever sit down for a sermon with every intention of paying attention…and then suddenly you’re thinking about what you’re making for dinner, something you forgot to do yesterday, and that completely unrelated thing you haven’t thought about in seventeen years? 😂

Yep. Me too.

That’s one of the reasons I created My Church Notes.

And because I am someone with diagnosed ADHD, I understand how hard it can be to keep your mind engaged during a sermon.

The goal isn’t simply to write down everything the preacher says. The prompts give your brain something purposeful to do while you’re listening—helping you stay engaged with the message instead of wandering off to think about the grocery list, that weird noise the air conditioner is making, or the thing you suddenly remembered from 2007. 😂
